An unpaved (packed gravel) off-road 26-mile +/- multi-use bike route (motorized vehicles prohibited except in winter for snowmobiles). The Missisquoi Valley Bike/Hike Trail (MVT) travels between St Albans and Richford, VT. The trail, for the most part, parallels VT Route 105 and the Missisquoi River.
